The Sewing Room is owned and operated by Diane Stutsman and her husband Jim in Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. We opened our store in 1987, and have been in our three locations prior to moving here in 2006. In addition to classes in our store, we frequently teach for other dealers around the country. We have also taught classes at Janome Institute. Diane is a Martha Pullen-certified instructor of heirloom sewing on Janome sewing machines. Jim has produced software, for use with Janome sewing machines, which is in use around the world.
